note 1:  each day is at a different location
note 2:  if possible, to reduce wait time, please attend your scheduled time slot
note 3:  if you can’t attend during your scheduled time, you may attend any other time slot, but we ask that you target the Monday ‘open’ session if possible, to reduce wait time for those attending their scheduled time slot

Saturday 10/18

Location: Cranford Community Center; room 204

Monday 10/20

Location: Cranford High School Cafeteria (access from Spruce Street entrance – on the left side of the school building if you are facing the school)

Schedule:

• 4:30pm – 8:30pm
• Unscheduled/Open
• Attend during this time window if you are unable to attend on Saturday

• note that feet are shown in the photos, so please wear shin guards, socks and soccer shoes

  • If your player mostly plays goalie, and wishes to be photographed with goalie gear (shirt, gloves, etc.), that is permitted – all photos will be wearing goalie gear

• • Ideally, players who are not ordering pictures should have their pictures taken anyhow, so team pictures include the full roster
  • All players will have individual player photos taken
  • Team Photos are only available for:
  • Jr. Rec; Pre-Travel (u8)
  • Rec; u9-HS
  • Travel; u9-HS
  • CDA
  • You do not need to arrive at the beginning of your session – time slots are in place to reduce wait time and you can arrive anytime in that time window.
  • Team pictures will be “stitched” together so team members do not have to have their pictures taken at the same time
  • Coaches – have your pictures taken too, so that you are included in the team picture! (Up to 3 coaches can be included)
  • Pictures will be ready for pickup roughly 6 weeks after they are taken – CSC will communicate picture pickup times once they are available.

1. attend the CSC's Player Photo Session
2. there is no paperwork or information gathering involved.  When you show up, just provide your player's name and team, and you will subsequently be emailed a link of photo galleries for your player, wherein you can choose from various poses and backgrounds, and purchase photos online.

1. after online purchase, it typically takes 6+ weeks for photos to be completed/delivered to CSC
2. CSC shall make arrangements for two pickups with different days of the week and times, to offer options to our members
3. CSC shall make arrangements for a central pickup location (ex. Cranford Community Center)
   1. we do this, instead of having coaches distribute for a few reasons:
      1. our volunteer coaches already give so much time, effort, and energy - we do not wish to over-task them on something CSC leadership can support
      2. limiting hand-offs mitigates losing and damaging photos
